How does the FREE Standard shipping method work?

If you choose FREE Standard Shipping:

  • It's limited trackable.
  • If your order amount is over the standard (mentioned in the footer ), no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is $10.00 ~ $20.00.
  • Your parcel will arrive within 14 - 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. It may take a long time if it is the peak season. If you need it urgently, please select the express delivery.
  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses can take up to 20 working days or more.
  • Orders over $100 may be subject to customs clearance which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel.
  • The time is excluded from the dispatch lead time. Your parcel generally leaves our warehouse in 1 – 2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed piror to 2:00pm  ( UTC+8 time zone ). We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.
  • We'll email your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
  • Your order may arrive any time between 7am and 9pm.
  • If you're not in when your parcel arrives, they will leave your parcel in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn't possible, it will be left at your local post office and they'll leave you a card to tell you where it is.
  • Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.

How does the Express shipping method work?


If you choose US Express Shipping:

  • It costs $20 and is fully trackable.
  • Your parcel will arrive within 3 -5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.
  • The time is excluded from the dispatch lead time. Your parcel generally leaves our warehouse in 1 – 2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00pm  ( UTC+8 time zone ). We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.
  • We'll email your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse
  • We are unable to deliver to a PO Box (APO) or Forces Post Office (FPO) address on our Express Delivery service. If you are ordering delivery to an APO box or FPO address then you will need to select our Standard Delivery Service. Please click here for more information on our Standard Delivery service.
  • Your order may arrive any time between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your order.
  • If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.

My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?


Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just contact us so we can help you further.

Which countries do you deliver to internationally?


We ship to over 200 countries worldwide offering free Standard Delivery to all of them! We also offer Express delivery where possible.

We reserve our rights not to send Andorra, Africa, Albania, Aruba, Armenia, Algeria, Mauritius, Martinique, Mayotte, Martinique, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Slovenia, Jamaica, Gibraltar, Saudi Arabia, St. Pierre, Miquelon, Gwadloup, Guadeloupe, Guatemala & North Korea. We are sorry about that we are not able to send to the above countries because of the extreme Custom Policy & issue of logistics. We are still working with the logistics company and hope that we can send to the following countries in the future.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?


No customs and import duties for all orders delivered into the US if order is less than US$100. Orders to the US over $100 might be subject to customs clearance which may cause a delay to your shipping. For other countries, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note, if you are a retail or wholesale customer, ARMOR-X will not be responsible for the customs and import duty charges.
